The LMDC’s main role is to offer Listuguj Community Members training and job development services that promote short or medium-term integration into the on- and off-reserve job market.
A Career Counsellor is available to guide in education and career making decision. The Counsellor can explain options that individuals may not have thought of or by helping to identify barriers to employment or education.
