  • TECHNICAL TRAINING - specific training and certification required for employment in certain areas. More specifically; Introduction to Computer software, including keyboarding, PowerPoint, etc.
  • WORKPLACE SKILLS - participants will attend workshops that will enable them to acquire the critical competencies for successful performance in the workplace. Training will address strategies for obtaining employment, factors that contribute to success in work computer skills, time management, communication and working in teams.
  • MI'GMAQ LANGUAGE - The Accelerated Second Language Acquisition Method (Greymorning Method) was developed by Dr. Steven Greymorning. This method of teaching language involves using pictures instead of the written word. Sentences are developed orally and the students hear the correct pronunciation first by the teacher and then by the students in the group.
